CHALLENGE
How can we transform a traditional corporate annual gathering into a futuristic, immersive celebration of people, innovation, and company values?
du wanted to go beyond a typical internal event. The goal was to engage 1,500+ employees in a memorable, meaningful experience that brought their brand values—Curiosity, Agility, Dedication, and Openness—to life, while showcasing du as a future-facing, creative tech brand.

SOLUTION
We created a surreal, sensory-rich environment that felt like stepping into a new universe: The du Galaxy.
A full event concept combining immersive installations, interactive digital art, and generative technology was designed to emotionally engage every attendee.

PROCESS
Creative Concept:
Led the concept “Galactic Odyssey – Celebrating the Future,” rooted in the themes of connection, imagination, and forward momentum.
Immersive Journey Design:
Designed a multi-zone experience that guided guests through a galactic journey:
    •    Arrival Tunnel: A light vortex and mirrored corridor welcomed guests into a new dimension.
    •    Interactive Monoliths: Motion sensors and kinetic cameras created reactive light sculptures between people.
    •    NFT Creation Zone: Captured attendees’ photos in real time and transformed them into an AI-generated collective NFT artwork, revealed live on a giant screen.
UI/UX & Tech Integration:
    •    Developed QR-coded digital cards for guests to download their NFT.
    •    Designed a seamless UI for the capture, transformation, and sharing of personal digital keepsakes.
    •    Integrated real-time generative art using attendee data and du’s brand elements.
Collaboration & Delivery:
Worked with event producers, motion designers, and tech partners to deliver the full experience within a tight production timeline and harsh outdoor environment.

OUTCOME
- 1,500+ Employees engaged with immersive content and co-created a historic digital moment
- du’s first-ever collective branded NFT generated live during the event
- High employee satisfaction and widespread social media sharing
- Internal values transformed into emotional, physical, and digital experiences

IMPACT
The event became a benchmark for internal brand experience in the UAE, combining immersive design, generative tech, and emotional storytelling.
It turned employees into participants in the brand’s future and gave them a digital artifact to prove it.
